الشروط
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Less than 3 years of experience in Organization Development or Strategic workforce planning.
Good communication skills.
Basic appreciation of business and technical terminology being used using in their role.
Spoken and business writing in English to a level of quality.
Basic skills in at least one of the core areas of work (e.g. work analysis, job evaluation, process mapping) subject to supervision and review.
Ability to use a range of business software required by the job.
